Every order moves through a controlled, in-house, ten-stage process: sketched, modeled, cast, set, polished and inspected by people who do this every day. Here is how a piece is made.

The process, ten stages
  1. 01

    Design & modeling

    CAD and 3D printing create the master mold.

    Rubber mold

    A production mold is cut for repeatable output.

    Wax injection

    Wax copies are injected, ready for casting.

    Casting

    Waxes are built into a tree and cast into metal.

    Filing & assembly

    Castings are cleaned and filed by hand.

    Stone sourcing

    Diamonds and color stones sourced, sorted, and color matched.

    Stone setting

    Hand-set under a microscope, across all setting types.

    Laser & assembly

    Laser welding joins and secures components.

    Polishing
